About Our Company
Property Initiatives is an independent, niche property and asset management consultancy, that provide all aspects of property management advice to a wide variety of clients ranging from the Owner Investor to the Corporate Occupier.
PI has developed a client focused and best-in-class approach across all sectors of commercial property — offices, retail and industrial. Unlike our larger competitors PI are not driven by the ‘corporate’ approach which more often than not focuses on cross-selling of services to internal departments, rather than providing the best advice to the client.

Richard Stokes
Richard has successfully developed the PI brand as a professional consultancy providing a focused and pro-active approach to asset and property management. Richard’s expert knowledge is retail and office management having worked on numerous flagship properties in London and across the regions.
He has previously worked with Land & Property Trust Co, Baker Lorenz, Muller International and DTZ where he developed a reputation in property asset management synonymous with adding value and maximising the potential of an asset.

Accounts Team
Our highly qualified account team have over 40 years experience in property management accounts. They also provide additional services for some of our clients including company accounting, VAT returns, payroll & bookkeeping.

One of the largest central Woking office complexes, Dukes Court, has been purchased by Woking Borough Council in a move that will safeguard Woking’s economic vitality by securing local jobs and future employment opportunities.
