James has recently joined us from a major commercial property management company having previously managed large City buildings incorporating multi tenant offices and retail outlets.

James has over twenty years experience of working in Facilities Management and Building Management and along with the many skills required within the industry he brings a unique level of communication qualities which is appreciated by tenants, service providers and landlord alike.

With a young family keeping him occupied at home his love of sport and horse racing means he can still be found on both golf and race courses.
