John Lambert has been with Property Initiatives Management Ltd since 2017.

With a wealth of experience in commercial properties, he manages a multi-let site in Cardiff and a mixed-use site in Bath.
John played a pivotal role in the extensive refurbishment of the property’s reception area, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and expertise in property management.

Prior to joining Property Initiatives Management Ltd, he worked with Jones Lang LaSalle, Interserve, Mitie, and St Modwen, where he was responsible for setting up the building management systems for the new Swansea Bay Campus.
