With this solid foundation PI are able to concentrate on identifying added value initiatives and asset management opportunities to further enhance the total return on the investment. This will include diarised events such as rent reviews, lease renewals and break options, but also less obvious opportunities such as change of planning use, adding a floor and reconfiguring a building to provide flexible floor space for potential tenants.

PI deal with the day to day running of the property collecting rent and other charges, administering the service charge and keeping the properties clean, secure and well maintained.
